At Grasmere Academy we believe that art allows our children to be creative, imaginative and inventive. We believe that through the  study of different artists and the progressive nature of our curriculum, our pupils become equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for them to express responses to ideas and experiences. Ultimately fuelling their imagination.

The Impact of our Curriculum: Our art exhibitions are the highlight of our year where the children have an in depth study into an artist and can display their work to each other, as well as family and friends.  Our children love to be creative, they have a passion for this area that we foster and develop throughout our curriculum.
